Blade and craftsmanship

This is a sharp-edged, functional sword, not a blunt training prop. The 36-inch blade is crafted from 9260 high-carbon spring steel, oil quenched and double tempered to approximately 52 HRC. Its long, subtly curved silhouette features a fuller, an upswept point and engraved detailing. The inscriptions “Death is Lighter Than a Feather” and “Duty is Heavier Than a Mountain” evoke the themes of duty and courage found in classic fantasy storytelling.

Hilt and scabbard

A broad, curved mild-steel guard and a secondary protective curve frame the distinctive grip. The grip is specified as Gabon ebony with silver and gold leaf decoration, complemented by sculpted metal fittings. The sword is paired with a brown decorative scabbard featuring ornamental embossing, stitching and a metal tip, as shown in the product photographs.

International shipping and customs

We ship internationally using FedEx, UPS, DPD and DHL Express, depending on destination, service availability and carrier acceptance. FedEx is our preferred carrier for eligible USA orders. For eligible European destinations, we generally prefer DPD or UPS. DHL Express and other available services may be used where appropriate. The final carrier is selected based on destination, package size, service availability and applicable transport restrictions.

We aim to make customs clearance as smooth as possible by using accurate commercial invoices and shipment details. However, carrier selection does not eliminate import duties, VAT, customs inspections or other charges. Unless expressly agreed otherwise at checkout, import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Remote-area and other carrier surcharges may apply. Custom color and size pricing

Choose any preferred color at no additional charge. The standard overall length is 47.25 inches (120 cm). The standard size or any shorter requested size costs $370 USD. For an overall length greater than 47.25 inches, the additional charge is $70 USD per extra inch, calculated proportionally for fractional inches: total price = $370 + $70 × (requested overall length in inches − 47.25). For example, 48.25 inches costs $440; 49.25 inches costs $510; and 50.25 inches costs $580, before any applicable shipping and taxes. Oversized sizes are not included in the $370 checkout variants and must be quoted and invoiced separately before production; please contact us before ordering a larger size.
